Lifetime Product Warranty Both Rhineland Cutlery and Mr. Knife Guy offers a lifetime warranty on all of its knives. Each knife is guaranteed to be free from any defects in material or manufacturing. Any piece or component found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and applies to all knives purchased from an approved Mr. Knife Guy representative, retailer or supplier. This warranty does not apply for normal wear or misuse. We may ask for a picture of the issue in question or for the return of the defective product in order to better understand the situation and to expedite a happy solution. In the event that any damage sustained was deemed to be from misuse, Mr. Knife Guy would replace the knife at 50% of the current retail price. Unfortunately, this does not apply to our shears, sharpeners, sheaths, salt blocks, universal knife blocks, wood boxes or chopping boards which are not knives and therefore are not subject to our product warranty. In the rare circumstance in which there may be an issue with a knife from a set, only the individual knife will be replaced.
Product Registration In order to offer our customers our full lifetime warranty protection, we ask that they register their purchase(s) online using our Warranty Registration Page. This includes those customers who may have bought directly at one of our many shows. In the unlikely event that your knife does experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us first using our Contact Page to let us know the situation.
