Customer Order Shipping Mr. Knife guy offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. We strive for quick results and will therefore do our best to ship your order from our warehouse within 48 hours of it being received (allowing 24 hours for customer cancellation). Mr. Knife Guy typically ships using Canada Post Standard Ground Delivery but we can certainly expedite your shipment or change carriers if necessary (additional delivery costs will apply). Just contact us before placing your order. Please Note: Shipping via Canada Post standard ground does not guarantee a delivery time but usually arrives anywhere between 2-9 business days depending on your delivery location. Tracking information will be provided to you via e-mail once the order has left our warehouse. Please double check your delivery information before confirming your order with us. Mr. Knife Guy will not be responsible for any delivery fees applied by the carrier in regards to an incorrect or non deliverable address. Delivery prices for shipments abroad will be calculated on an individual basis.
Return or Exchange Mr. Knife Guy will offer a refund or exchange on any items returned to us, within 15 days of receiving them, less the original shipping costs which will be deducted from the returned amount and are non-refundable. Please contact us first before sending your return or it will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Mr. Knife Guy may ask for you to send to us a photograph of any fault or issue in order to better understand the problem and expedite a resolution. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your knife must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of visible wear and use. It must also be in the original packaging and is subject to a visible review by Mr. Knife Guy staff prior to approval to ensure that the returned items can be restocked. Once the return shipment is received and deemed in good condition, Mr. Knife Guy will notify you of its approval and a refund will be issued using the original method of payment (please allow 7-10 business days from the date the returned knife was received). Unfortunately, no refunds will be given on items returned after the 15 days or that are returned damaged, worn, or otherwise misused. In the unlikely event a return/exchange is necessary, we ask that you please return the product to us with proper packaging material. Items must be wrapped to protect their point and edges from cutting through the box or padded envelope in which they are mailed. Mr. Knife Guy will not be responsible for any damage due to shipping or any shipping charges assumed by the customer regarding the return/exchange of our product to us. However, Mr. Knife Guy will cover any return shipping costs to the customer for all approved Warranty or Exchange issues. Unfortunately, some items can not be returned or exchanged including special orders or engraved items. In the rare circumstance in which there may be an issue with a knife from a set, only the individual knife will be replaced (Please see our Happiness Guarantee for Full Details).
Order Cancellation We understand that you might change your mind. And since Mr. Knife Guy strives for quick product delivery/service, we ask that if you need to cancel your order, and would like to do so without penalty, please do so within 24 hours of your order submission by phoning (905-580-3680) or by contacting us using the Contact Page. This right of cancellation shall not apply to our business or corporate purchasers who must have a lawful valid reason for cancellation and must do so before production has begun. Mr. Knife Guy also reserves the right to cancel any order in the unlikely event of a shortage of product inventory, however, proper notification will be given and alternative solutions will be offered.
