Perfectly Balanced

 Even before the ergonomically designed Pekka Wood handle is expertly hand crafted, every knife is precisely checked to make sure that the handle and blade, with its centre point balance technology, is just that; perfectly balanced. And because the knife is one complete solid unit from the tip to the  tang, the handle will not split apart and water or bacteria can not get in between.  It's a knife that will easily balance on one finger, although we don't recommend it.

A perfect chemical balance between the steel's hardness and ability for holding a razor sharp edge and it's softness for creating a new one.  

You're Only as Good as Your Sharpest Knife

Like any good knife, Mr. Knife Guy recommends that you never put them in the dishwasher or put them away wet.  They are only to be hand washed and then immediately hand dried.
